FILTERCARB PHC 500 7S Powdered Activated Carbon obtained from specially selected grades of bituminous coal, impregnated with Sulfuric Acid. The very fine particle size and Its porosity are ideal to removal of pollutants such as heavy metals, in particular Mercury, Dioxins and Furans, by incineration fumes. It's obtained by physical activation with steam, under strictly controlled conditions to produce a porous adsorbent with a high internal surface area.
